Last week, on a whim, I pitched an article idea to my favorite website, XOJane. Now, a week later, the article is live. It’s been a long morning of anxious clicking and scrolling, emotional highs (people like what I wrote!), and lows (I didn’t know people would be so mean! How did I not know that? I wrote about that!). Thanks to everyone who read my piece.
Some clarification, for those who are interested: The Ex is not hipster scum. He isn’t scummy at all. He’s just a guy who ended a relationship and had the misfortune of being turned into a meme and then written about on a lady-targeted website.
